What is a Weight Release Expert?

What is a Weight Release Expert? Is it a made up title so we don’t have to use the word salesmen? The skeptic and anyone who does not take a few minutes to read the rest of this article about what a Weight Release Expert is might think so. But for those who read the rest of this article will know that this is a valid title for someone who earned it. The most important fact about a Weight Release Expert is they have already accomplished what you want to accomplish which is to get to an ideal/healthy weight and stay there. This was accomplished by using the 21st Century Weight Release and Weight Management Program. The Weight Release part of the program is between 60 and 120 days (depending how much weight you need to lose). The goal of the Weight Management Program is 1st you determine the maximum you should weigh for your ideal weight and the minimum that you should weigh so it’s easier to stay under your maximum weight. For example I use to weigh 220lbs. Based on the latest scientific research my ideal weight is under 185lbs. To make it easier to accomplish this, my goal was to set my minimum ideal weight at 165lbs (which I accomplished) and plan on staying between 175lbs and 185lbs (which I accomplished). The 20 pound range may seem excessive but that is the only way I could easily stay under 185lbs the way I like to eat. Everyone is different and might only need a 5 – 10lb range. You will know when you get there. Statistics show that 80% to 95% of people fail their diets or their diets failed them. How many people do you know that went from looking overweight to looking like they are at a healthy weight? So someone who has succeeded in keeping the weight off really accomplished something most people failed to do. So in 1 sentence A Weight Release Expert is someone who was overweight, who once they got to their healthy weight they have stayed there for at least 1 year and will not return to being overweight or they lose the right and financial incentives to call themselves a Weight Release Expert.

During the 14 to 16 months on the Weight Release Program you learn a lot about how the body works, you learn a lot about yourself and you learn a lot about other people one day at a time. This is all part of the journey that you can now pass on this knowledge and wisdom on to the people you are trying to help get to their ideal weight goal. So you don’t become a Weight Release Expert by being a Doctor, Dietitician, Nutritionist or Fitness Trainer. Not by passing tests, getting certified or buying your way in. You earn the title by accomplishing something most people can not do. That’s transforming your body from overweight to your ideal weight and maintaining your weight range and knowing how to help other people do the same. So the main difference between a Sales Person and a Weight Release Expert is the sales person is trying to convince you of a theory he believes in so he gets paid. The Weight Release Expert is sharing with you what needs to be done for a successful Weight Release Journey and takes the Journey with you. Also the commission salesmen will make most of his money when you make the initial purchase. The Weight Release Expert makes most of his money only if you succeed which is getting to your ideal weight range and not going above it.

Your Weight Release Expert will put a program together for you based on what works and what will work for you that is easy and convenient for you to follow. Based on your schedule and your input, your Weight Release Expert will let you know when the best times to eat your meals for the best results. This might take a few days or a couple weeks to tweak it so it’s just right for you but it will be worth it. This is all done over the phone in most cases but face to face meetings can be done if convenient for everyone. You get a phone call every day (the 1st 20 days the calls will be a little longer after that less than 5 minutes a day) for teaching, follow up and encouragement. This is the support part of the program and it is the most important part of the program because it helps address some of our mental and emotional needs while dieting.

One more thing why the Weight Release Expert is a valid title and not just another name for a salesmen. If you have to be sold you are not ready and you will fail. We can only help you if you are really ready to be helped. Because the Weight Release Expert has already accomplished what you want to accomplish they have the credibility and the financial incentive to help you reach your ideal weight by teaching you a program that makes it easier physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially easier than any other weight loss program out there.

Bio
The Founder of 21st Century Weight Release has been overweight from 1988-2010 from usually between 20-40 pounds. In 1998 Richard's father died at 67 years old from a heart attack. He also was between 20 & 40 pounds overweight. In his late 50's he started treatment for high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes. According to statistics being overweight put him at a higher risk for all those conditions and those conditions put him at a higher risk for a heart attack which is what killed him at a young age. So it was a matter of life and death that Richard got to his normal weight or he would increase his risk of ending up like his father. So from 1998 through 2010 Richard tried many diets and failed to get there. He came close but always went back up. Richard has been working on a Weight Release System since 2008 and finally succeeded in 2010. Richard was looking for a way for people like himself who are serious about there weight to make it easier to get there and stay there and that is the Story of the founding of 21st Century Weight Release. Weight Release is just a theory for you reading this but for Richard it is a Fact. Richard is the 1st and only 21st Century Weight Release Expert and is looking forward to helping people reach that level. Its a matter of life and death.
